Prior to joining Realtime Technologies,
Ms. Stoner worked at
Aptima Inc., a
human-centered engineering firm based in
the Boston area. Her work involved survey
development for the AOC and IWAS to
identify training gaps. Ms. Stoner has
developed measurements for leadership
qualities for future military leaders.
She has also contributed to the
development of a Military Decision
Making Process (MDMP) training tool for
battle staff at the JRTC which has been
deployed for training purposes.
Ms.
Stoner masters thesis specializes in
designing interfaces using a technique
called Cognitive Work Analysis. She has
used this technique to identify user
needs, training gaps, and the usability
of new systems. Ms. Stoner brings to RTI
extensive experience in programming, and
interface design and evaluation, both in
the web environment and in-vehicle
systems.
Ms.
Stoner possesses experience in on-road
and simulation transportation studies,
and has worked with such sponsors as
Nissan Motor Co, and the National
Highway Traffic and Safety
Administration. |
