Description:   Takes an integer value and outputs its character equivalent. The string is NULL terminated and DIMB chars long, so strings are truncated as required.
 
Inputs:   int SigIn – Input Signal (ND)
 
Outputs:   char SigOut[DIMB] – Output Signal (ND)
 
States:   None
 
Dimensions:   DIMA = length of output string
