Description:   Takes a SimRealVar and outputs an equivalent character string. The string is NULL terminated and DIMB characters long, so strings are cut short if required.  The format string is used to format the output.
 
Inputs:   SimRealVar SigIn – Input Signal (ND) 
char Format[32] – Format String (ND)
 
Outputs:   SigOut (na)
 
States:   None
 
Dimensions:   DIMA = length of output string
