 DeadZone

  
Description:   The DeadZone component applies a dead zone to an input signal. If the input signal is greater than the upper limit:

SigOut = SigIn – UpperLimit

If the input signal is less than the lower limit:

SigOut = SigIn – LowerLimit

Otherwise the output signal is zero.
 

Inputs:   SimRealVar SigIn[DIMA] – Input Signal (ND)
SimRealVar UpperLimit – Upper Deadzone Range (ND)
SimRealVar LowerLimit – Lower Deadzone Range (ND)
 
Outputs:   SimRealVar SigOut[DIMA] – Output Signal (ND) 
 
States:   None
 
Dimensions:   DIMA – Sets the width of input, and output vectors
