Description:   The MultDelay component applies a zero order hold to the input signal with a sampling rate of SampleRate. The output signal is then delayed by DIMB time samples. 
 
Inputs:   SimRealVar SigIn[DIMA] – Input Signal (ND)
SimRealVar SampleRate – Sample Rate (sec)
SimRealVar InitialValue[DIMA] - Initial Value (ND)
 
Outputs:   SimRealVar SigOut[DIMA] – Output Signal (ND)
 
States:   None
 
Dimensions:   DIMA – Sets the width of input and output vectors
DIMB – Number of samples of delay
