I need to set up some Audio files to play by triggers. Is there anything I need to know before creating them? Maximum size? From looking at the software I'm assuming WAV, MIDI, MP3, AIFF, AU, and MPEG are accecpted? Any preferred? They'll be files of mental workload questions being asked.

Currently .wav files are accepted. Looking at SystemTestScenario_9 will give you examples of audio files and how to play them.

hello!
If you change the Global Volume, does that also change the volume of any audio files you play, or does the volume you script for them still apply? I'm assume the Global Volume is all the road noise and such? What would that that line of syntax be?? Scenario.setGlobalVolume(.5); ?? Thanks |

thanks
I figured out the syntax, but I'm not really noticing a volume change. My problem is the engine and wind noise are loader than my audio file I'm trying to play. Is that fixable? I'll try dropping the global volume to .1 to see if that makes a difference. |

so we've found amping up the volume of our audio files and resaving them at a higher level is fixing this problem.
thanks! |
